Katerina Selekou is an architect based in Athens, Greece.
She completed her studies in Architecture (BA, MA) at the University of Patras (2016) and has worked in offices in Greece.
She worked for 4 years in Mani Peninsula on traditional stone buildings and restoration. She has gained a post-graduation degree in Sustainable Architecture from the University of Porto (ESAP, 2022).
I am interested in the poetics of space which lies in materials, geometry, color and most important the experience of the user. A challenge for me is to incorporate in each work meanings such as reuse and experimentation.
I undertake a wide range of projects from the design of furniture, interiors to the design of residences and larger building complexes. The practice covers all stages of the architectural process from the concept design to supervision and construction.
